What is Zeltine-MR used for?

Zeltine-MR is used for the treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus.

How much and how often should Zeltine-MR be taken?

Zeltine-MR should be taken orally at a dose range of 30 mg to 120 mg once daily. It is recommended that the tablet be swallowed whole without crushing or chewing.

What are the possible side effects of Zeltine-MR?

Zeltine-MR may cause hypoglycemia especially when mealtimes are irregular and when meals are skipped. Other potential undesirable side effects include gastrointestinal disturbances such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, dyspepsia, diarrhea, and constipation.

Zeltine-MR is gliclazide 30 mg modified-release tablet available in blister pack of 10’s in a box of 60’s and gliclazide 60 mg modified-release tablet available in blister pack of 10’s in a box of 60’s.
